We’ve launched with private rental accommodation, starting with new high-rise developments and older converted buildings, because that’s where an honest, address-level review is hardest to find today.
From there, we’re gradually expanding into student accommodation and building up the same kind of honest review data across the UK.
Every review is written by a real tenant about a property and tenancy year they’ve actually lived through. We moderate submissions to keep reviews fair and on-topic, and landlords can flag anything that looks inaccurate or against our guidelines.
